ALL IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME

Services That Make Life Easier

ALLEVIATING STRESS

As our loved ones recuperate from surgery or get older they tend to need a little assistance.  In such a fast paced world we often get overwhelmed with a feeling of helplessness when trying to meet all of the needs around us; Careers, husbands, wives, children, their sport activities, church, dinner, dishes, laundry, our parents and perhaps our other loved ones  . We are here to help you in assisting them with their daily needs. We do this with high-quality, tender, loving and caring trained people. We are not here to take away their independence but rather, to help them regain it.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

For those who struggle with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, diabetes, arthritis, stroke, cancer and other life-threatening illnesses, our services vastly improve the quality of their lives. Services are provided in the privacy of your loved ones home.  Services can also be provided in retirement communities, hospitals, convalescent facilities, rehabilitation centers, vacation homes, cruises and much more.

CUSTOMIZED CARE PLAN

Better Care Provides are flexible for your needs. We can provide care for as little as a few hours a day or up to 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our experienced Care Manager understands the issues involved in professional in-home care and can design a Care Plan specifically to meet each client's needs. Please click on our links to the left to view specific services offered. Better Care Providers offers services to all ages. See our  about Us  page for more information.

SCREENING PROCESS

Employment is contingent upon completing the hiring process.   Applicants must have prior experience in a related field. It takes approximately 2 weeks to process an applicant for employment. Upon completing the initial application for employment, the applicant must pass a competency test.  Past and present references will then be verified followed by an interview with our Personnel Coordinator and Care Manager.  If the applicant has been viewed as a suited caregiver, a criminal background check will be conducted along with a drug screen. In order to complete the process, the applicant must supply us with items listed below.  The process is followed by additional testing, orientation and training.
