GROOMING AND DRESSING

Text Box: The fear of having a loved one slip while bathing can be a great concern for the family. A fall can often lead to a more serious injury. Bathing involves providing assistance with showers, bed baths and washing of the client's hair.          

Text Box: Our Care Providers also assist with personal hygiene such as; brushing teeth, washing dentures, applying make up and setting the client's hair. Client's who are incontinent can rest assured that a trained Attendant can assist them with per-care and changing of adult briefs and pads.          

                                         
 MEAL PREPARATION

  Text Box: Well balanced meals are an important part of a nutritious diet.  Our care providers can create menus, plan and prepare meals. Meals may also be prepared in advance and kept frozen to be eaten at a later time.          

                                     
MONITORING MEDICATION

                               Text Box: One of the biggest concern is that a parent of loved one is not taking their medication as prescribed. Our Care Providers will ensure that a client is taking medications properly.          

                                   
ASSISTANCE WITH TRANSFERS

              Text Box: We provide assistance with walking (stand by assistance) to all clients who are unsteady. Mobility assistance may also involve transferring a client who is in a wheelchair.
